Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads Agency in Indianapolis

We run Meta ads, the ads that show on Facebook and Instagram, for Indianapolis-area businesses that want leads, not likes. A real campaign puts a specific offer in front of the people most likely to buy, sends them to a lead form or page built for that offer, and tracks what each lead cost.

Facebook, Instagram, Meta: one ad account

Meta owns Facebook and Instagram, and ads for both are run from the same place, Meta Ads Manager. One campaign can show on Facebook, Instagram or both, and we let the results decide where the budget goes. When people say "Meta ads," "Facebook ads" or "Instagram ads," they're usually talking about the same thing.

What's included

  • Ad strategy and targeting: location, age, interests, past customers and people who've visited your website
  • Ad creation: the copy, plus direction on photos and video
  • Landing pages and lead forms built for the ad, not your homepage
  • Monthly reporting on cost per lead, number of leads and booked appointments

Leads are only half of it

A lot of ad money is lost after the click. Someone fills out your form at 9 p.m., nobody calls until the next afternoon, and by then they've booked with someone else.

That's where Aaron's 20-plus years in sales comes in. Before an ad goes live we talk through who answers new leads, how fast, and what they say, because a lead only turns into money if someone follows up.

Showing ads only where you work

Ads can be limited to the ZIP codes and towns you actually serve, or to a set distance around your shop. A Fishers HVAC company doesn't need to pay for clicks from Bloomington. We set the area with you at the start and adjust it as the leads come in.

What we need from you

  • An offer worth clicking: a price, a free inspection, a seasonal special, something specific
  • Photos or short videos from real jobs. They beat stock images for trust.
  • Someone to answer when leads call back
  • An ad budget, which is paid to Meta directly and is separate from our fee

When Facebook Ads Make Sense

  • You have a clear offer people can say yes to
  • Your work looks good in photos or video
  • You want leads this month, not in six months
  • You have past customers or website visitors worth reaching again

Common Questions

How fast do Facebook ads work?

Paid campaigns can generate leads within days of launching. The first few weeks are also when we learn which audience and which ad bring the cheapest good leads, so expect adjustments early on.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your goals, your industry and how much competition you have. Some businesses do well on a modest budget; others need more to grow quickly. We'll recommend a starting budget after the free review.

Do you make the ads?

Yes. We write the copy and tell you what photos or video to get. If you have footage from real jobs, we'll use it.

Facebook or Google ads: which one first?

Google ads catch people who are already searching for you. Facebook ads reach people before they search. If customers look for your service when they need it, start with Google. If your offer needs to be seen to be wanted, start with Facebook.

Are Meta ads the same as Facebook ads?

Yes. Meta is the company that owns Facebook and Instagram, and Meta ads is the name for ads on either one. They're set up and paid for in the same account.

Should I advertise on Instagram too?

Usually we run one campaign on both and let the numbers decide. If Instagram brings cheaper leads for your business, more of the budget goes there; if it doesn't, we turn it down.

What's a Facebook lead form?

A short form that opens inside Facebook or Instagram, already filled in with the person's name and contact details. It gets more leads than sending people to a website, but they can be less ready to buy, so fast follow-up matters even more.
